This is a personal gemspace running on OpenBSD! I'm a child of the 80's and pushing 40. This capsule is a work in progress, I have many plans for it but dedicated time scheduling is needed to move forward with my plans. My first writing piece will feature a post of how I've setup and secured this capsule. It is my hope that through this capsule I'll meet some like minded people who share my interests and enjoy learning new things, especially when in the same areas of interest that I share. Until then I leave you with this quote.
Here you'll find topics on linux, computer and network security, minimalism, tiny houses, and much more. I try to stay away from writing about religion and politics or giving personal options as much as possible unless it relates in some way to the main technological topics previously mentioned. Please help create backlinks to my gem capsule if you find it interesting and I'll do the same in kind. Non-tech topics or writings can be found on my Gopher site. The gopher site also serves as my personal documentation space for notes.
Security is always too much until the day it is not enough!

Inspiration and Favorite Quotes
I have a personal project that I would love to have some collaboration on if you're feeling so inclined to help. I'm working to build a private encrypted local journal to help those with that may be experiencing mental health issues to have a place where they can feel comfortable expressing their thoughts without having to worry about the threat of exposure of having their thoughts written out. This is especially true for those that may suffer from various degrees of Schizophrenia where there is an innate inability to trust others outside themselves.
The code is currently written as bash script, but I do have an interest in making a python version of the code.
If you would like to contribute to the project, you can click on the link below to view the source code on Github.
