If you think that a Haiku is just a short poem with three lines, then you don't know what is a Haiku!
Needless to say that a true Haiku can be made only in Japanese due to how the language is constructed.
Using any other language will not work the same, but it will be something kinda similar.
Early morning sun
Dew on the trees
A crow singing from afar
Late evening with gray sky.
Rain pours oven the alley.
A train rushes nearby.
Gray clouds at evening.
A deserted park.
Drizzle sings on the trees
Clouds hiding the sun.
Warm breeze.
A tree drops a leave.
Shade under the sun.
Water down the stream.
A cicada stops singing.
Sun in the summer sky.
Golden wheat crops.
The sound of breeze.
