23 โ€Ž[1] โ€Ž'ื•ื›ืœ ื—ื˜ืืช ื•ื’ื•โ€Ž AND NO SIN OFFERING [WHEREOF ANY OF THE BLOOD IS BROUGHT INTO THE TENT OF MEETING SHALL BE EATEN] โ€” This means, that if the priest brought any of the blood of an โ€œexternalโ€ sin-offering (one the blood of which has to be sprinkled on the outer altar) into the Interior it becomes invalid and must be burnt.

โ€Ž[2] ื•ื›ืœ AND ALL โ€” The word โ€œallโ€ serves to include in this law other sacrifices too (Sifra, Tzav, Chapter 8 1; Zevachim 81b).
