I have discovered, and fixed, a residual bug in ARCHIVE.SCREEN .  Some pictures
expand when subjected to a run-length encoding; in this case, SHRINKIT discards
the RLE step.  In my earlier version, the space overflow associated with such an
RLE coding situation caused an interference; I have relocated the RLE buffer to
the end of the program.
