Hoo boy, this is a bit of a tough one to explain, but I think I'll get through it.
I do cook this one more on gut feel than anything, so I recommend having a fair bit of cooking know-how before attempting.
Ingredients
Butter (say, half a stick?)
Flour (Don't know exactly how much...)
Cheese (You'll want a good amount of this.)
Noodles (Elbows, shells, or spirals work well)
Water (Necessary for the roux, just have some on hand.)
Directions
A: Cheese Gravy. Sounds gross, but that's what it technically is. What we're doing here is making a roux and adding cheese.
Should help a bunch, I'm not great at explaining this (food network)
1. Put butter in pot, low heat. Start noodles cooking in another pot.
2. When melted, begin adding flour ~1tbsp at a time till it starts to get uhh creamy, while stirring.
3. Stir. Lots of stirring.
4. Add cheese till the roux is saturated. If you feel you've added too much, add a small amount of water.
5. Cheese Gravy! It works great on Nachos, HS Sandwiches, etc.
B: Bringing it all together
6. Your noodles should be done at about this point.
7. Gravy -> Noodle -> Bowl -> Consume! (note, do not consume bowl)
Don't fret if it doesn't quite work out the first time around, it took me more than a few tries to get perfect. Just keep trying!
