Notes

- Verison 0.20 is released (Sep-13-97)

- V0.20 is able to convert 2IMG image back to ProDOS Ordered Image.

- For V0.15, if the filename extension is unrecognized and the file size
is multiple of 512 bytes, the file is handled as ProDOS ordered file.

- V0.14 support converting ApplePC's HDV image to 2IMG. But the size of
converted image is always 32MB because current 2IMG format does not
     support dynamic size allocation.

- 2IMG is a very flexible format. The actual data can be stored in
ProDOS-ordered, DOS 3.3-ordered or even disk nibbles format. XGS-0.50
only support ProDOS-ordered format. When converting a DOS 3.3-ordered
image (.DSK) to 2IMG format, please select ProDOS format to ensure the
image created is compatible with XGS.

- The Creator signature of disk image created by Revival is "RVLW". It stands for Revival For Windows.

- Revival use filename extension to identify disk image format. The following convention is used.

          .DC - Macintosh DiskCopy format
          .XGS - XGS image format
.HDV - ApplePC Hard Disk Image
.DSK / DO - DOS 3.3 ordered format
.RAW / PO - ProDOS ordered format (Raw Disk Dump)
