2024-04-19 Profectus Alpha 0.6: More Animated Images!

NOTE: Profectus is a new graphical browser for Gemini, Nex, and Scroll.

I have released Alpha 0.6 with the following changes:

Added up and root links to Outline sidebar.
Added animated JPEG XL (jxl) and animated WebP support.
Fixed APNGs so that they use the correct colors.
Fixed bug with images getting cut off.
Increased max page width when viewing images.
Fixed the mouse pointer on Windows.
