I felt tired after work, and went to bed without drinking alcohol.
during work, I felt happy when a colleague gave me a slice of cake, gratis.
I suffered from diarrhoea after drinking one cup of coffee in the morning. Only one cup!
And I had work in the afternoon, but all I could think about, at my workplace, was
my pain in my abdomen, and whether
I was going to defecate in my pants.
is my caffeine consumption spiralling out of control?
went to church around noon (Ash Wednesday). And then I went to work (Valentine's Day crowd).
then I went to bed, without drinking alcohol.
