Sweet Cajun Shrimp

Servings: 4

      1 c  Catsup                              1 ts Cayenne pepper
      1 tb Honey                             1/2 ts Thyme
      1 tb Brown sugar                         1 ts Black pepper
      2 tb Vinegar                             1 ts Onion powder
      2 ts Hot sauce                           1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a sauce pan. Heat thoroughly. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Brush sauce over shrimp. Serve over rice with leftover sauce. Serves 4.
