AS EXCITEMENT builds for the upcoming clash between Cork and Limerick
in the All-Ireland Munster Hurling Championship, Irish Rail have added
additional services to their timetable to ensure fans can get
to SuperValu Páirc Uà Chaoimh for the clash.
The match, scheduled for this Saturday, May 11, promises to be an
exciting encounter between two of hurling's heavyweights.
To accommodate the influx of fans heading to SuperValu Páirc UÃ
Chaoimh, additional services include:
* 22:45 Cork to Limerick Junction (with connection to Limerick
Colbert at 00:06)
* 23:15 Cork to Charleville
* 22:15 and 23:15 Cork to Midleton
* 22:45 and 23:45 Midleton to Cork
Irish Rail have also stated that the 22:45 Cork to Limerick service is
sold out.
Valid tickets and bookings are required to travel.
A spokesperson for Irish Rail has said: "Customers wishing to travel by
rail need to book their tickets online as services will be extremely
busy and priority will be given to customers who book their tickets
online."
