Searching "David Lynch", I found a site called the Gemini Spaceport Holodeck. It even includes an ASCII depiction of the Holodeck.
Modeled after the Star Trek Holodeck, it is a series of text entries describing fictional places. One such place is the David Lynch Arby's. The post describes a dim, poorly maintained fast food restaurant with neon lights, and no explanation as to the name.
It seems more like the author trying to recreate nostalgic moments from their life with added fictional elements than anything, such as being a kid in 1999 using a Playstation in front of a CRT playing Metal Gear Solid.
It's an interesting writing exercise for certain, and an unrepentant expression of nostalgia.
