I am a math guy. But I am also a human, and occasionally struggle with human stuff. This is my gem capsule. It holds my gemlog: a personal journal where I reflect about live, death, theorems, society, science and technology.
I was heavily inspired in my youth by Marcus Aurelius' Meditations. It had a profound defining influence on me. Marcus Aurelius never intended for his journal to be published. Fortunately, it was. If he were aware that his private thoughts were to be read by millions millennia after his death, I think it would alter significantly his intentions and the content. Thus, I've chosen to keep this gemlog anonymous. If my thoughts have helped you somehow, do the same for a lost friend.
