Lasagna Rollups (90 minutes)

Ingredients:
- 400g Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1 Container (1 1/2 Cups) Light Ricotta Cheese
- 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tsp Basil
- 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper
- 14 (or so) Lasagna Noodles
- 1 Jar (700mL) Pasta Sauce
Preparation:
- Shred Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F
Directions:
- Add beef to a pan. Scramble fry over medium heat. (10-15 minutes)
- Set a large pot of water to boil and cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- Spread half of the pasta sauce in the bottom of a glass baking dish.
- To a large bowl, add egg. Lightly beat the egg. Combine with beef, 2 of the 3 cups of mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and spices.
- Lay out lengthwise on the countertop all of the lasagna noodles.
- Spoon a roughly equal portion of the filling mixture onto each noodle.
- Carefully roll up each noodle and place it in the glass baking dish.
- Top the rolled up noodles with the other half of the pasta sauce.
- Cover the lasagna noodles with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
