I am deeply curious and engaged with the world and excited about it even if occasionally despairing but I can burn out and get unexcited when bogged down. I need rest and rejuvenation and community to reinvigorate my curiosity. I suspect others have similar needs.
I am curious about how to be more sustainable about this spark. Like all things I suppose a spark is by nature ephemeral, but I hope to find ways to reignite it often.
I cry when I feel I am really being listened to and sharing things that matter to me on a deep level. When I am invited to open up in this way and feel really listened to it seems to touch a place of deep tenderness and tears well up uncontrollably.
