I think a lot of people use h2h for "Happy to Help". When I saw hh , that's what I assumed it meant.
More than 10 years ago I was playing an online FPS game daily. Usually players say “gg” after a match in these games. To be a bit different I started saying “hh”. I went like this for months until someone complained about what a nazi scum I am. And then it hit me.
