Change to gacme client repository

1. Parker Ellertson (pellertson (a) firemail.cc)

Hey I'd just like to let people know that I've changed the repository
for gacme. I wanted to get off of github and have the code on a server
I control for my own reasons. I will no longer be pushing any changes
to github and instead here:

https://cybertron.ninja/bitbucket/users/parker/repos/gacme/browse

Yes, that is a real domain. It's for a company I'm starting, which I'm
more than happy to talk about in a private email.

In addition, I'll be signing all of my commits, the key to which you
can find here:

https://www.circumlunar.space/~parker/key.asc

Importing this into your keyring will be left as an exercise to the
reader.

Thanks!

~ Parker

And for an after-hitting-send PS: I made some updates that require an
update to the plumbing rules.
