Got myself a new (to me) oscilloscope today! Happy.... It's a Handykit 202e, 20MHz dual trace unit from 1989. For 30 euros... In super condition still. All functions work. Very nice. When my former scope (Philips PM3200X) broke I was not happy. Now I have a proper 'scope again....

I recently upgraded to a Siglent SDS1000X-U. The FFT functionality has been very helpful while debugging a mystery noise in the final output of a drum synth module I'm presently developing.

I keep a small collection of old analog scopes around. They don't see much action these days though :) · 7 months ago

Nice one! I love the old CRT scopes. They're easier to repair too if something goes out on them compared to the newer ones. · 7 months ago
