📌 COVID-19 Stole My Body From Me
The Switch remake is so close to the original SNES game that I'm going to count it as the same game. I've been meaning to play Super Mario RPG for decades. My elementary school friend was obsessed with it and I watched him play it a lot. My wife and I picked up the remake when it launched and wrapped it up recently. It was a very fun experience and I loved playing it with her. We're hoping to play more games together like this in the future 😊
Today, Saturday March 16th, my wife and I made a massive push to reorganize and recable our entertainment center. Video, audio, routing, position of consoles and network equipment, we went all out. She even made custom length ethernet cables for some of the devices. It's gorgeous. It's versatile. It's modular. Why did two IT-minded women take a year to do this? lol, it's done now
💕 2024-03-15 Listening to My Body
Something I'm always really bad at, but on Saturday, March 9th I caught a migraine as it started. I asked for my meds and water then laid down in a dark and quiet room when my senses couldn't take anymore. Afterwards I had a healthy snack afterwards and mostly pulled out of it. It didn't ruin my night like it usually would. I should listen more often, especially when it comes to my fatigue. I'm posting this as permanent proof that I can indeed listen to my body and head some things off before they get too bad. That's the entire post, clicking into it will not reveal anything more.
I've been trying to play this game for a very long time now: back on the GBA via my DS, on the Wii U Virtual Console, and finally on Nintendo Switch Online. I did finally play and complete it on Switch, and it was fantastic.
