Cheese Cake

A delicous cheesecake.

Base

Ingredients

100gm marg
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 egg

Instructions

Press into dish and bake 15/20 min at 180 °C

Cheese

Ingredients

1 kilo quarg (cream cheese)
1 sour cream - 300ml
3/4 package vanilla pudding
1 cup sugar
4 eggs

Instructions

Mix by hand,

pour onto base, or biscuits with marg,

and bake 1hr at 180 °C
