oopsie hiyaa time flies

i have a weekly rolling reminder to write a gemlog post. and i dismiss it sometimes because i don't *actually* intend to do a weekly post. i aim to get one post every month or so, but if i made the reminder a monthly affair i'd inevitably dismiss it and not be prompted for another month.

ANYWAY i bring that up because i kept dismissing the notification EVERY WEEK because i thought "nah, i definitely only JUST wrote a post this month"... turns out i had NOT written once since october lollllll oops

so uhh happy new year!!!!!! i'm currently sick which is so so so fun :) i know my last gemlog post was written when i had covid but i promise i don't exclusively write gemlogs while sick. it just sort of happened that way

i got a message today on instagram from an actual real human that has read this gemlog!! hi nat!! its nice to know i'm not shouting into the void. the gemini community is nice but sometimes feels very remote due to the lack of means to directly interact with one another here

check nat's capsule out btw!! they seem very lovely and their gemlog is a lot more eloquent that the shite i scrawl down here

i feel like i ought to fill you all in on whats been happening since october but not much has been happening tbh. although i am dating someone now!! she's really lovely <3

i'm proper just typing a stream-of-consciousness load of rubbish on here today but like i'm ill and feeling out of sorts. and i'm supposed to be doing shit at work right now but i cannotttttttt focus at all. i really should go do some work but i kind of want to curl up on the floor and die a little bit x

anyways, hopefully it WON'T be like 3 fuckin months til my next gemlog. ta ta for now xoxo
