Finished 30 days of intermittent fasting today. It's something I do on and off for periods of the year, aiming to give my body a rest from food intake much more than our normal diets allow. There are some really exciting health benefits associated with 16 hour daily intermittent fasting. If anyone is curious, I highly recommend the documentary Eat, Fast and Live Longer.

@bavarianbarbarian: u r not alone - 10+ yrs and counting of paleoish - high fat, mod protein, low carb. @martin: high fat paleoish similar effects to intermittent fasting but without the fasting:-) · 2 years ago
Well, you should try paleo diet, works for me pretty good. Just meat and vegetables, less carbonhydrates and milk. you can also eat a lot of fat cos without carbon your body will not, ok, bad english now, metabolism? fat. protein, fat and veggies will not get you a belly. · 2 years ago
