Not true, all you need is an account on a tilde which is on our allowed domains list[1].Furthermore, if you don't want to get a tilde account, you can email ben (ben AT tilde DOT team)with your desired username and a little about yourself, and he'll manually create the account foryou. (I'd also be willing to help with that if we needed to, but I don't know what I would need todo to make accounts manually.)
