Guess what?
I'm taking a course on RISC-V.
It's the LFD-110X course as offered by the Linux Foundation, and hosted by edX.
You can get in on it too for free by taking the Audit track of the course. You don't get a certification (though you do have an option to upgrade to getting one later and paying for the exam like everyone who did it originally); and you still get access to all the non-graded course content.

This springs up because I've heard through an Ars Technica article* that Google intends to support Android on RISC-V as a platform.
Which is huge news, because it will bring a much larger proportion of the chip market into vogue than otherwise would happen.
I hope to see RISC-V overtake ARM at some point, given the lackluster results that have come from those chipsets over the past 10 years even with insane industry-grade support.
Let's enter a new modern era of low-power, low-draw computing equipment powered by an open ISA, yes?
And in other news, I hope to be posting more about Toki Pona possibly in the near future after talking about it with some people on the TildeChat IRC channels.
Later!
