At first, I actually liked the experience. Right now I'm on the fence. To be fair, that's probably user error but I think it also indicates room for the program to improve. This is likely why it's still difficult for people to adopt open-source software as their daily driver. I can see that there's been a lot of improvement on this front, but more work needs to be done.
Besides my own user error, the experience isn't too bad. I may want to contribute to the project once I shake off my Rust-lang...rust. Stuff like implementing a way to respect the system's local timezone when displaying time in gemlogs and tinylogs. It's actually one of the issues that the developer listed as a good first issue.
We'll see how my experience goes. I think it'd be good for me to actually contribute rather than re-invent the wheel for the sake of learning!

Publishing an existing post draft seems to be a bit odd. When creating a new post without editing, does zond simply not "see" it?
A little bit more testing suggests I may have screwed up something somewhere, but I'm not sure what the issue was. It's a little bit aggravating, that's for sure.

Ah-hah! Figured it out. It has to do with the fact that I added the summary manually, but I didn't wrap it in Some(). It probably tripped over that. It should return some sort of feedback instead of forcing the user to trial and error their way through.
There are some missing features I would've liked though, like:
Still, I'll stick with this for now. At least I sorted out my issues!
