Cosmos does not aggregate anything directly except for BBS/Station comments that link to known posts in Cosmos. One has to manually submit posts to Antenna for them to appear in Cosmos.
That said, it would make sense to have a flag for disabling Antenna submissions in a given subspace.

Bubble's s/Test and Cosmos' automatic Bubble subspace aggregation — Cosmos aggregates Bubble's subspaces by default. Unfortunately it aggregates test subspaces as well, like s/Test. It would be nice if those subspaces wouldn't appear on Cosmos.
