Some text reading diaries. Some of these are long, beginning as org-mode captures and then developing into something else. (I have a handful of files for ideas, todo items, diaries and the like, which are appended to on a couple of key presses so that I can quickly get down my thoughts.) I often use these captures to warm up into a writing session but there are times that I have been led to a book by a growing obsession with a given area or my reflections on a given book lead or permit me to explore a number of areas.
