Mustard soup

Everyone likes soup, right?

Ingredients

• 2 l water
• 3 cubes of vegetable stock
• 250 ml cream
• 100g unsalted butter
• 120g flour
• 4 tbsp grainy mustard

Instructions

• Melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the flour to make a roux.
• Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the stock cubes.
• Add the roux to the broth, mix well. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
• Add the cream while stirring, then add the mustard.
