CROCKPOT COUNTRY RIBS AND MASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 lbs - Pork ribs 1/4-1/2 bottle - BBQ sauce 1 ea - Onion 3 ea - Garlic cloves 8-10 ea - Potatoes, small, about 2-3 lbs 1/2-1 cup - Milk 2-3 tbsp - Butter or olive oil 1 ea - Salt/pepper to taste 2 ea - Broccoli heads, large INSTRUCTIONS 1) Place 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker. 2) Place ribs on top of BBQ sauce. 3) Sprinkle chopped onion and crushed garlic around and on top of ribs. 4) Pour 1 cup or so of BBQ sauce over ribs. 5) Cook on low for 8 hours. 6) Peel and cut potatoes into quarters. 7) Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes - until soft. 8) Strain water and place in bowl. 9) Add milk and butter/olive oil. 10) Mash. 11) Add salt and pepper to taste. 12) You can also mix in crushed garlic, parmesan cheese, sour cream or whatever you like. 13) Steam broccoli in steamer. 14) Serve ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
