A partial halo Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) can be seen in LASCO-C2/SOHO starting from today 06:48 UTC. It is associated with a filament eruption from a geo-effective location and as such it might have an Earth-directed component. If geo-effective, it is expected to arrive in the first half of 1 Dec and cause up to active geomagnetic conditions.
