Graham Cracker Pie Crust

[Uses a 9.5" (24cm) pie form.]

Ingredients

Crust

(150 grams) digestive cookies (about 10 or 11)

(50 grams) butter

Instructions

Crush cookies and butter in a food processor until fine. Optionally grind in 2 teaspoons water or milk. Spread in pie form. If optional liquid was added, bake at 175°C for about 8 minutes but do not burn.

Notes
