Graham Cracker Oil Pie Crust

[Uses a 9.5" (24cm) pie form.]

Ingredients

Crust

(150 grams) digestive cookies (about 10 or 11)

(0.5 dl) oil

Instructions

Crush cookies and oil in a food processor until fine. Optionally grind in 2 teaspoons water. Spread in pie form. Bake at 175°C for about 6 to 8 minutes but do not burn. It can go quickly from ready to burnt.

Notes

Can be made gluten-free using the right digestive cookies and a bit less than a teaspoon of oil. Just becareful to grind them the briefest possible amount of time. If they grind for too long they suddenly turn to a gooey mush. Ⓖ
