< Handwriting just might be the write pace for me

I rather like the "nibs dipped in ink" route (is that the same as "fountain pens"...?), but I still need to rebuild a bit more focus transmuted to aimless mind flab by the internet to work at that pace.

I was also a big fan of Pentel graphite (?) pencils - the 0.5mm and 0.3mm complementing each other nicely. The little satchel I recently brought out of internet asphyxiation has a couple of the 0.5mm's, but I'll need to dig for my 0.3mm.

Another fountain pen hobbyist here! Fountain pens are distinguished from pens you dip in ink ("dip pens", simply enough) specifically by their internal reservoir of ink. It's more convenient, but there really is something to be said about the joy of being able to switch inks as soon as your nib goes dry rather than having to wait for the whole reservoir to deplete.

This is making me want to write. I have a nice journal of Tomoe River paper that is going awfully neglected in my backpack...
