This CDA can be used to boost the IIgs to 576,000 baud through either port.
Proterm can handle Ymodem transfers at 57.6 with no errors if used with
a transwarp GS.

Get into proterm (or whatever) and let it initialize the modem port.
Go to QuickPort and change the baud rate to 38.4 or 57.6
Baud rate will stay the same unless port is re-initialized or baud rate is
 changed by firmware.

NOT meant to initialize the ports, this program merely changes the SCC baud
 rate constant.

P.S. -> written in tml pascal II so it is bigger than it needs to be
will be re-written in assembler when I get orca/m.
If anyone knows how to do a writeln in tml in a CDA without the text
coming out in inverse, let me know.
