Friend of mine gifted me some Lao Gan Ma after the funeral. What do I do with this? Anything in particular it goes well with?

Forgot to check in on this but thanks for the recommendations. @bavarianbarbarian sadly haven't been able to track down mie noodles but I did end up making this with chow mein and it blew me away, wow. My roommates loved it too.

@whixr Damn my world just got turned upside down. Never was a big dumpling guy but this has changed the game. This is about to be my new go-to dip. · 11 months ago

A little bit of that and a squirt of Sriracha into a small bowl of yellow cap rice vinegar makes a pretty killer dip for dumplings / pot stickers. There are a lot of types of Lao Gan Ma, but essentially they are chili flakes in oil. Useful anywhere something needs bit of kapow. · 11 months ago

@anthrax depends on if you like spicy food, i'd recommend chicken, some vegetables, mu-err fughis and mie noodles with soy sauce. · 11 months ago
