Well, it finally happened. After like 3 years of avoiding it my boyfriend and I have both come down with Covid-19. So far it's not too bad, mostly flu like symptoms, Though last night I got the chills like I've never had before. I've been outside in -50°F temps and not felt as cold. Fortunately that let up by morning.

Still feel weak and achey, hopefully this doesn't get too nasty before it's over.

@ruby_witch Yeah, seem to finally be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel here. It's been intense sometimes over the last few days but we're getting over it now. it wasn't great, but honestly compared to some stories I've heard from people that have had it I feel like we all got off pretty lucky. I've had friends get very sick, and die from it earlier on in the pandemic. Glad you're doing better too! · 5 months ago

My partner and I also recently got COVID and are still recovering. We caught ours on the train while travelling internationally.

I had that same night of intense chills while sleeping in a tent! The tent was super warm from being in the sun all day and my sleeping bag was rated for 0C but I still felt cold somehow.

Doing a lot better now though, just working out the last few symptoms. Hope you're doing better as well! · 5 months ago
