I am not in favor of this. Firstly because one can't moderate encrypted content (everything on BBS is supposed to be publicly viewable) and secondly because it's better to just send encrypted PGP emails the old-fashioned way.

It would be best not to. I'll gladly email you an encrypted message if you post your key in /s/PGP though.

The current pgp section is dedicated to share public keys and if people start to upload message there its going to quickly make it unreadable.
