Ingredients:
- 1 Large Salmon Fillet
- 4 Tbsp Butter/Margarine
- 3 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 3 Tbsp Parsley
- 3 Tbsp Basil
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Preparation:
Directions:
- Combine butter and spices (but not lemon juice) in a small pot.
- Heat spice mixture on medium heat until butter is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Remove spices from heat and allow to cool for around five minutes.
- Add lemon juice to spice mixture and combine well.
- Lay salmon on a aluminium-lined baking sheet.
- Coat the salmon with the spice mixture ensuring that the entire fish is covered.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes depending on fillet thickness.
