Easy Crust - Pate Brisée

When you cannot find the premade one in the supermarket, this recipe makes it in 10 mins !

Ingredients

• 75g butter
• ½ glass of water
• pinch of salt
• 150g flour

Instructions

• Melt the butter in a casserole
• Add the water and salt
• Remove the casserole from heat
• Pour all the flour in one go in the casserole and whisk energetically with a wooden spoon
• The crust should start to form in the casserole
• Use a rolling pin or your fingers to make it flat
