THE LOG

I made a bunch of cookie dough about a month ago, and because it was too much, I secreted it away in the freezer; a frigid cookie dough log, wrapped in parchment paper.

Last night, my wife found THE LOG. She sliced off a couple disks, popped them in the toaster oven, and we had warm cookies in record time. I didn't even have to make dough!

Three cheers for THE LOG.

Also, I'm a meal planner now.
