Finally, this is the best option for a bootable usb...
With ventoy, you don't need to format the disk over and over, you just need to copy the ISO/WIM/IMG/VHD(x)/EFI files to the USB drive and boot them directly.
Firs download the last release
Extract the files, in the terminal run
tar -xvzf ventoy-1.0.64-linux.tar.gz
Then get inside in ventoy directory, you will see a bunch of files. The one we're using is VentoyWeb.sh
In the terminal run
sudo sh VentoyWeb.sh
Enter you sudo password and you will see this output
=============================================================== Ventoy Server 1.0.63 is running ... Please open your browser and visit http://127.0.0.1:24680 =============================================================== ################## Press Ctrl + C to exit #####################
Open the web browser, now the rest is very intuitive. Select the USB drive then install
When the installation is done, disconnect your usb and connect it again, then copy all the ISO files in it.
The USB es ready to boot, you will see a boot menu showing all the ISOs (operative system)
You can copy and delete the ISOs over and over again. Also you can copy regular files in the USB not just ISOs
