TNAS Update: Enough for 1 Full Diamond Armor Set

2023-08-01 20:25:57Z (last updated 2023-08-01 21:50:25Z)

Hello! Progress update on the Thousand Netherite Armor Sets challenge:

I have enough diamonds (36) to make 1 full diamond armor set.

However, I didn't make one yet because...

I accidentally did a veinminer on my chests. :P

I wanted to remove an empty chest, and thought veinminer was a great idea. It was not.

I have since blacklisted chests from veinminer just in case I think it's a great idea again, because it was a horrible idea.

If you want to watch me stupidly veinminer 4 double chests, I have a video on my PeerTube instance:

Anyways, I also turned my temporary house into a house with a lot of farming going on for some reason.

Yeah uh, food. Food security isn't quite the standard I want, since I'm still having to hunt for food quite a few times. So I turned most of the grass blocks into things that can grow food. Farm dirt? I don't know.

Currently, I'm relying on mushroom soup/stew for food. It's not stackable when crafted, so I keep it in its uncrafted state. It's easy to craft in the player inventory, so that's not a concern.

But what is a concern is how I'm supposed to get mushroom. Because I'm slowly running out of it, and I don't think mushroom trees grows that easily on normal grass.

Because of the concern of running out of mushrooms, I've decided to get more blocks so I can use them as farming.

I used pretty much my entire house as the farming place.

Not much else... Other than I mined a lot too, and crafted a total of 5 diamond pickaxes so far.
