Are zero-length uploads valid in Titan?

The semantics of this would be akin to "make the resource empty".

Yea, zero length content is fine. It's functionally equivalent to a regular Gemini request.

Also good to note is that the semantics of Titan are entirely dependent on the server: the protocol just adds a payload to a Gemini request (with a few optional parameters). How the request should be interpreted is up to the server.
