Excited to take my ham radio Technician License exam on Friday

I am sometimes tempted to get the license, but am too paranoid to voluntarily provide any information to the state. I'd probably do it if I could come up with a good reason to hit the transmit button...

sadly, morse code is no longer required for the technician license...
We're not alone in dropping that requirement. Here's a list of countries no longer requiring Morse for an amateur radio licence:

I hear you @stack. Since callsign addresses are public, I opted to rent a PO box rather than doxxing myself whenever I go on-air.
I got a perfect score! Sadly won't get a callsign until Monday. 🍺
