Système de fichiers et de partage de ports AREXX en réseau pour Amiga.

Basé sur la version originale du NetFS par Timo Rossi, 1992-1996.

Introduction

------------

NetFS est un système de fichiers et de partage de ports AREXX en réseau

pour MorphOS ou pour Amiga équipés d'une pile TCP/IP (telle que AmiTCP,

MiamiDx ou Roadshow).

Cette nouvelle version revisitée l'améliore grandement en ajoutant le

support de la plupart des paquets DOS manquants (y compris la gestion

64 bits sur MorphOS). Elle introduit également un mécanisme asynchrone

pour la gestion de la connexion afin d'éviter les gels et les délais

d'attente ennuyeux. Le support des événements IECLASS et des

notifications MagicBeacon (MorphOS seulement) a également été ajouté,

de même qu'une gestion basique de la sécurité avec protection par mot

de passe, un chiffrement des données, et bien plus encore...

Attention, NetFS *n'est pas* compatible avec le NFS issu des systèmes

UNIX. Il est destiné à être utilisé exclusivement entre machines

MorphOS et Amiga.

Prérequis:

----------

. MorphOS, AmigaOS 3.x ou AmigaOS 4.x (devrait aussi fonctionner en

2.04 ; non testé).

. Un réseau fonctionnel.

. MUI 3.8 ou plus récent pour les outils graphiques (optionnel).

. En pratique un 68040 est grandement conseillé pour avoir des

performances acceptables en mode chiffé.

Note : il n'y a pas de version spécifique PowerPC pour AmigaOS 4.x, mais

la version 68k y fonctionne parfaitement (avec quelques

limitations mineures).

An Amiga-oriented remote filesystem and AREXX ports sharing.

Based on the original NetFS from Timo Rossi, 1992-1996.

Introduction

------------

NetFS is a network filesystem and AREXX ports sharing for MorphOS

computers or Amigas running a TCP/IP stack (such as AmiTCP, MiamiDx or

Roadshow).

This new revised version of NetFS greatly improves it by adding support

for most of the missing DOS packets (including 64 bit support on

MorphOS). It also introduces an asynchronous mechanism for the

connection management to avoid locks and annoying timeouts. Support for

IECLASS events and MagicBeacon notifications (MorphOS-only) was also

added, as well as some basic security management data encryption, and

much more...

Please note that NetFS is *NOT* SUN NFS compatible. It is to be used

between MorphOS computers and Amigas only.

Requirements:

-------------

. MorphOS, AmigaOS 3.x or AmigaOS 4.x (should also work on 2.04; not

tested).

. A working ethernet network.

. MUI 3.8 or better for the graphical tools (optional).

. In real life, anything less than a 68040 might be a bit too slow for

the crypted mode.

Note: There is no specific PowerPC binaries for AmigaOS 4.x, but the 68k

version of NetFS works nicely on this OS (with some minor

limitations).

NetFS es un sistema de ficheros en red para ordenadores con MorphOS ó

Amigas corriendo una pila TCP/IP (como AmiTCP, MiamiDX o Roadshow).

Esta versión nueva revisada de NetFS con grandes mejoras con soporte

añadido para casi todos los paquetes desaparecidos del DOS (incluyendo

soporte de 64 bits en MorphOS). También presenta un mecanismo asíncrono

para el manejo de conexión evitando bloqueos y tiempos de espera.

Soporte para eventos IECLASS y notificaciones de MagicBeacon

(únicamente en MorphOS) fueron añadidas, así como el manejo de la

seguridad de encriptación de datos y mucho más...

Por favor, destacar que NetFS *NO* es compatible con SUN FS. Es útil

para ser usado únicamente entre ordenadores con MorphOS y Amiga.

Requerimientos:

. MorphOS, AmigaOS 3.x ó AmigaOS 4.x (debería trabajar con AmigaOS 2.04;

sin probar).

. Una red ethernet funcionando.

. MUI 3.8 ó superior para las herramientas gráficas.

. En la vida real, un procesador inferior al 68040 puede ser demasiado

lento para el modo encriptado.

Nota: No hay binarios específicos PowerPC para AmigaOS 4.x, pero la

versiones de 68k de NetFS trabajan bien en este sistema operativo

(con algunas pequeñas limitaciones).

Introduzione:

NetFS è un file system di rete per computer con MorphOS o Amiga.

che esegue uno stack TCP/IP (come AmiTCP, MiamiDX o Roadshow).

Questa nuova versione riveduta di NetFS presenta importanti

miglioramenti con l'aggiunta del supporto a per quasi tutti i pacchetti

DOS mancanti (compreso il supporto a 64 bit in MorphOS). Dispone anche

di un meccanismo asincrono per la gestione di connessione evitando

blocchi e tempi di attesa. Supporto per gli eventi IECLASS e sono state

aggiunte le notifiche MagicBeacon (solo per MorphOS), come segue come

la gestione della sicurezza della crittografia dei dati e molto altro

ancora...

Si noti che NetFS non è *non* compatibile con SUN FS. È utile per

essere utilizzato solo tra computer MorphOS e Amiga.

Requisiti:

---------------

. MorphOS, AmigaOS 3.x o AmigaOS 4.x (dovrebbe funzionare con AmigaOS

2.04; senza test).

. Una rete Ethernet funzionante.

. MUI 3.8 o superiore per gli strumenti grafici.

. Nella vita reale, un processore inferiore a 68040 potrebbe essere

troppo lento per la modalità crittografata.

Nota: Non esistono binari specifici per PowerPC per AmigaOS 4.x, ma le

versioni le porte NetFS a 68k funzionano bene su questo sistema

operativo (con alcune piccole limitazioni).
