Small break

1. solderpunk (solderpunk (a) SDF.ORG)

Ahoy Geminauts!

Just giving the list a heads up that I'm going to take a small break -
maybe 2 or 3 days - from posting to or reading the list. This is not
because of anything anybody has said or done, I just need to slow the
pace down a little bit, clear my head and think about things quietly in
my own time. I'll probably still be doing a little bit of hacking on
AV-98 and/or Molly Brown in this time, and if anybody wants an account
at gemini.circumlunar.space I'm happy to set that up, but I won't be
active here. Just wanted to make it clear to anybody who otherwise
might have wondered that I haven't run away or disappeared!

Cheers,
Solderpunk

Slowing things down sounds like a good idea to me, too. I'm hoping to
have energy to work on Germinal soon. I've published code for Voskhod,
but I'm going to declare it abandoned and free up the name for anyone
else who wants to use it. I had too much trouble with Gnome Builder and
Python having conflicting ideas about how to package things, and left it
before I actually got it loading anything. Anyway, Castor and
especially dragonstone cover too much of the same ground for me to be
super interested in finishing Voskhod.
