You've fallen over and cut up your hands and knee's. You go to the Doctor and he/she/it reckoned your going to be OK, nothing is broken or snapped off, your injury's are cleaned and dried. But to be on the safe side you'd better have a Tetanus shot!?
In fact it will conjure some form of sophisticated "Immunity" by training your immune system to fight off the Tetanus that you may or may not have even though there is no evidence that you have acquired Tetanus but also there is no evidence that you have not acquired Tetanus and if on the infinitesimally small chance you had acquired Tetanus cleaning and drying the wounds isn't good enough neither is your immune system you need the Tetanus Vaccine because all the time you've been faffing about getting to the doctors and having your wounds looked at if you had acquired Tetanus your pathetic immune system wasn't doing anything anyway so it was a better idea for the doctor to inject you with special Tetanus to make sure you have a form of Tetanus and that's why it's best to have the Tetanus *Shot* and now that you've been injected with special Tetanus you don't need to be concerned about the Tetanus you may or may not have acquired..
