I had a dream that I was a president of a major country. We were speaking English, but it wasn't the US. I was presented with a large batch of documents to review and sign. These documents would essentially start World War III.
I started going through the documents that were presented in expensive crimson leather folders. These were decrees about all the necessary engagements and preparations in the Armed Forces, triggers of international treaties and military alliances. I knew it was a pivotal moment for humanity.
When I looked at long lists of required signatories for each document, I noticed something unusual. Barely any documents required my signature at all. It was always somebody else, some generals, ministers but not me, the President. I felt that my role was just for show. After giving it some thought, I signed.
