I have become increasingly serious about taking a year or more off from tech work in order to focus on my writing career. I want to work on *The Wolfskull Standard* and any other books full-time. I want to be able to live off of my creativity. Actually, I've been craving exactly that for a very long time, but within the past couple of months, I have felt a particularly strong pull.
I'm more than ready for the next chapter of my life.
I just need to find a way to do it safely.
