In West of Doom you play as a Frontiersman. The brave souls that fight the madness, activelly hunting down the horrors from beyond the Horizon of Minds -- driving back the encroaching darkness.
Some of the unlucky witnesses of The Bleed were driven insane, the lucky ones dropped dead in the spot. But a few others were changed forever. Given the uncanny ability to make sense of, and reach the things laying beyond the Horizon of Minds.
