New Acronyms for Minorities

Just to quickly write this down before I go to work on something else...

The acronym LGBTQIA+ is a mess; it mixes up sexuality and gender, which are different things even if they could be interconnected to some extent. To solve this I now propose the following two new acronyms:

LGBA - the acronym for sexuality minorities. Stands for "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Asexual". Could be expanded into LGBAP which includes pansexual.
TQI+ - the acronym for gender minorities. Stands for "Transgender, Queer, Intersex and etc.". More could be added before +, because the + is supposed to be the ultimate inclusive symbol in this case so it neess to come in last.

With these two new acronyms LGBTQIA+ shall be written as "LGBA & TQI+".
